INTRODUCTION


PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
In every soul the students must have awide range of different creativity . Some can dance, play music, make a drawing and others. All the talent that you have on every child is very potential to be developed and honed. In line with the more modern age students to develop and deliver the potential that they have with various media examples, youtube and other social networks. But in school may still lack in the provision of internal media that can be used as a dealer-bakt bakt of each student. The potential is certainly require a means of development. Without the media students are not able to channel their talent and without any serious exercise in guided by mentors who are experts and adequate facilities, remains a potential talent and achievements not spawn anything. A child who is gifted in one area will not be able to demonstrate cleverness to the public. If in school there is a media that can channel the talents of each student for sure they can channel it. This is a problem that often occurs at the school site to share examples of this school, since the school was incorporated and has berjaln approximately 7 years this school has never published a single media that can be useful for the students and at school itself.


SOLUTION
to overcome this problem we intend to plan on publishing a school newsletter. This is a form of our concern for students who have many achievements but they can not distribute it. Especially for the ana-school child itself. Through this medium students can appreciate talent respectively.

PURPOSE
Our goal in publishing The Bulletin of School are as follows:

1. To help the parents / mentors in guiding and directing interests and talents of their children in a particular field of art.
2. To accommodate the aspirations, expression, and creation of children. 
3. Show the results of creation that has been gained to other students. 
4. Provide information to students about the activities that surround the school.
